Oats dosa

Oats dosa is a healthy dosa.Simply if we cook oats with water or milk,it bore to eat sometimes.If we make oats dosa, kids also like to eat.A simple breakfast recipe will be ready in 10 minutes.No need of soaking and fermentation for this dosa.


                                             
Ingredients
Plain oats-2 cups
Curd/Yogurt/Buttermilk-1/2 cup
Salt(As per your taste)
Method
In a mixie or blender,add all the above ingredients with little water.Grind it fine like dosa batter consistency.
Transfer this to another bowl.Heat dosa tava,pour this batter on the tava ,(Don't make it thin or do not overdo it)
Spray some oil,when it is ready just turn it.Oats dos will be good to eat with any chutneys.Especially nice with
tomato chutney.
Note  
This oats dosa will be very soft.Those who prefer crispy dosas, you can add 3 tablespoons of sooji(semolina) to the dosa batter.
