Semiya(semolina) payasam


                                                           
Ingredients
Semiya(semolina)-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Milk-4 cups
Ghee-6 tbsp
Raisins-1 tbsp
Cashew nuts-2 tbsp
Almonds-1 tbsp
Cardamon -6 no
Procedure
In a pan,heat 2 tbsp of ghee and roast the semiya(semolina) nicely.Save this roasted semolina in another plate.Meanwhile,boil the milk,when you see a white forth,at this stage,simmer the flame.After 15 mins the quantity of milk will be little reduced.Now in a pan,add the milk and roasted semolina together,let it boil for 10 min.
Add sugar and stir them well.In the meantime in another pan, heat 4 tbsp of ghee,put cashew nuts when it turn little brown,add almonds,crushed cardamon and raisins.now add this to payasam.Turn off the flame.flame. Payasam is ready,if it is thick,add little boiled milk.
