Paneer and mixed vegatable Gravy

                                                         


                                                                           
Ingredients
Paneer-10 cubes
Peas-1/4 cup
Carrot-1/4 cup
Onion-1
Tomato-2
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
Corriander powder-1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Coconut milk-1/4 cup(optional)
Cinnamon- 3 pieces
Fennel seeds-1/4 tbsp
Cloves-4 no
Method
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan,add cinnamon,cloves and fennel seeds.Add chopped onion,when it turns little brown,add ginger garlic paster and simmer the flame.Make sure ginger garlic paste don't stick in the pan,
saute them well and add chopped tomatoes,when tomatoes are soft and musy,add chilli powder,corriander powder and turmeric powder.Pour 1/4 glass of water to it.Meanwhile,In another pan,fry the paneer cubes with oil.When the water gets boiling,add peas and carrot,cover it with a lid.When peas and carrot are cooked, add coconut milk.Allow it to boil for 5 mins and finally add fried paneer.Turn off the flame.Paneer and mixed vegatable gravy is ready to go with chappathis or rotis.
