Egg curry


                                                       


Ingredients
Eggs-4
Onion-1
Green chilli-1
Tomato-1
Coriander powder-1/42
Garam masala-1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Coconut-5 tbsp(shreded)
Fennel seeds-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbsp
For Seasoning
Hing-1/4 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tbsp
Curry leaves-few(optional)

Method
Hard boil the eggs.In a pan ,heat 1 tbsp of oil,add hing,mustard seeds,curry leaves.Add copped onion,green chilli saute them for a while.Add tomatoes fry them till they are soft and mussy add coriander powder,garam masala,chilli powder,turmeric powder and add 1/4 th cup of water to cook the masalas.Meanwhile, in a mixie,add shredded coconut,cumin seed sand fennel seeds.Grind them like a fine paste.When the raw smell goes from the curry, add this paste and pour 1/2 cup of water.when the curry becomes little thick ,cut the egg into 2 pieces and add to the curry and let it boil for 5 minutes.Turn off the flame.Now the egg curry is ready to go with chappathis,rice.
