Quinoa Brown Rice Dosa

Quinoa Brown Rice Dosa is a very healthy dosa.Those with gluten sensitivities or wheat allergies can rejoice in eating quinoa as it contains no gluten or wheat.Quinoa has excellent reserves of Protein.



                                                              
       
Ingredients
Quinoa-2 cups
Brown Rice-2 cups
Idly Rice-1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds-2 tbsps
Urad dal -1/2 cup
Method
Soak Quinoa,brown rice,idli rice each seperately for  about  5 to 6 hours.Soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds together.Grind them seperately and finally mix it well with salt.Allow it for fermentation.Even after 3 hours dosa will come nicely.Enjoy with any spicy chutney.
