Tindora curry



Ingredients
Tindora
Onion-1 medium size
Tomatoes-2
Ginger-2 tbsp(shredded)
Garlic-4 cloves(crushed)
Coconut -4 tbsp(shredded)
Cashew nuts-4 nos
Fennel seeds-1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbsp
Corriander(or )Dhaniya powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
Garam masala-1/2 tbsp

Method
In a pan,heat 2 tbsp of oil,add crushed garlic, when it turns brown, add onions, saute them until it become transparent then add shredded ginger, stir it and add tomatoes cook them until they become soft.
Put chilli powder,corriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and pour 1/2 glass of water to it, cook them untill the raw smell goes off ,add chopped tindora to it.Meanwhile tindora is getting cooked,in a blender, add shredded coconut,cuminseeds,fennelseeds,cashew nuts and little water grind them all together like fine paste.When tindora is cooked, add this ground paste. Let it boil for 5 minutes you will get gravy like consistency.Turn off the flame.Tindora curry is ready to go with chappathis or rotis.
