Ingredients
Pasta - 1 cup
Garlic-4 cloves(minced)
Ripe tomatoes-2
Olive oil -2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Red chilli flakes or chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
Capsicum
Peas
Carrot
Beans

Method
Boil the vegetables seperately.Cook the pastas with water as per instructions.normallly, i cook them in pressure cooker,for 1 cup of pasta  you need 2 and half cups of water,after 3 whistles it will be perfect.Meanwhile,while the pasta is getting ready,in a mixer add chopped tomatoes grind them fine like a juice keep it aside..Remember that you should not overcook the pastas then it will become mussy.If any water left with cooked pastas,drain them completely.In a pan heat 1 tbsp of oil,add minced garlic when it turns brown,add the tomato juice to it,give it a stir,add salt,turmeric powder, chilly powder.Allow it to boil without adding water, after 5 minutes when you see oil starts separating out,you can add boiled vegetables, give it a stir,then add the pastas to it.Turn off the flame.Put 1 tbsp of olive oil over the pasta before serving.

Note
While cooking pastas, you can add one tbsp of oil,so that the pastas won't stick together.
